BODY MODS

Rear bumpers removed

Custom roll pan and rear quarters

Custom front spoiler

Modified 1967 427 Stinger hood (sorry was not installed for photo shoot)

Rear wheel wells widened 5 ½ inches each side and painted body color

Reworked rear floor section

Notched rear deck for roll bar

Engine compartment cover panels (radiator support panel, wiper motor, inner side of front fenders behind wheels)

Fiberglass transmission tunnel overlay painted body color with flushed shifter trim

Sherwin Williams Ultra 7000 U7 black base and Glamour clear applied by CC Racing, Richmond, BC, Canada

Polished at Hotrods Restos, Delta, BC, Canada

 

 

CHASSIS & SUSPENSION

OEM 1963 frame, modified back half, totally body worked and finished in Endura paint

All bolt on components are powder coated by Hi-Pro Coatings, Langley, BC, Canada

Jim Meyer front control arms and coil over conversion

95 Viper differential with 3:08 gears

Offset Vette trailing arms

Comp engineering anti-roll bar

Strange engineering rear coil-over shocks

13” cross drilled, vented, slotted Willwood Brake rotors with aluminum hats

Willwood 6 piston brake calipers custom adapted on all 4 corners (not a kit)

Tilton brake pedals and master cylinders

Hydraulic clutch

Addco front sway bar

Chromolly  6 point roll bar with removable door bars

Flaming River stainless tilt column, billet wheel popper and leather wrapped D wheel

Rack and pinion conversion using a high ratio Flaming River rack and components

Boyd Coddington Smoothie Two Wheels (widened at Greens Automotive, Richmond, BC, Canada

18”x9 ½” front and 18” x 13 ½” rear with Michelin Pilot Sport 265/35-18 and 335/30-18 tires

700+HP 427ci Small Block Chevy naturally aspirated running on 94 octane gasoline

built and DYNO tested by K & S Machine, Kelowna, BC, Canada

A modified Long Shifter Shifted Richmond 6 Speed transmission with a Lakewood bell housing and Centerforce dual friction clutch
